Wanjiku Kariuki (she/her) is the Finance & Admin Officer at galck+. A dedicated human rights advocate, organizer, and movement builder, Wanjiku blends sharp organizational acumen with a deep passion for feminist and queer liberation. In her role, she manages financial sustainability, compliance, and donor documentation while designing collaborative spaces that foster collective action and regional solidarity.

Wanjiku approaches her work with the belief that operational structure and community care are two sides of the same coin. She is deeply passionate about ensuring that marginalized communities do not merely resist, but actively thrive centering queer joy as an indispensable element of everyday activism.

Recognizing that those at the forefront of social justice often carry immense emotional and physical burdens, Wanjiku is deeply invested in cultivating holistic wellness practices within activist environments.
